   • These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of Artify, registered in the Netherlands, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Definitions

   • "Customer" refers to any individual or entity who enters into a contract with Artify.
   • "Products" means the goods and/or services offered by Artify for sale.

3. Contract Formation

   • The contract between the Customer and Artify is formed when the Customer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions.

4. Prices and Payment

   • All prices are in Euros excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
   • Payment must be made in the manner specified during the ordering process.

5. Delivery and Shipping

   • Artify will deliver the Products to the address provided by the Customer.
   • Delivery times mentioned are indicative and not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds

   • Customers have the right to return Products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
   • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned Products.

7. Liability

   • Artify is not liable for any indirect damages suffered by the Customer or third parties, including consequential loss, lost profit, lost savings, etc.

8. Intellectual Property

   • All intellectual property rights concerning the Products, as well as the content of the website, remain with Artify.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

   • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our website.

10. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes related to or arising from agreements entered into with Artify shall be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Final Provisions

    • These General Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time by Artify.
    • The Dutch text of these General Terms and Conditions prevails in case of interpretation issues.
